Service Description

This amazing class will nurture you during your pregnancy, as well as reducing stress, improving mobility, flexibility, strength and providing relaxation. Whether you want some time out just for you, to connect with your baby, or simply to move your body in a way that feels safe at this time. Class is led by Mairéad, a mama of two, prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula and includes: -Breath awareness and movements practiced in class can also be helpful during labour and birth -Mindfulness practice through mindful movement - Short meditations and relaxation exercises specifically for pregnancy Suitable from approx 14 weeks of pregnancy. If you're earlier into your pregnancy and would like to attend, get in touch before booking. Class will be held in person via Zoom. You'll receive the Zoom link when you book, and you'll also get the recording after the class so you can catch up if you miss a class or do the class a second time during the week.
