 Learning to tune into the breath is probably the most important thing you can learn in a pregnancy yoga class. Becoming more mindful of your breathing can help you to relax, de-stress and can even help with that pregnancy insomnia and anxiety!  Focused breathing can also help to release tension in the muscles and helps with managing labour.
