Releasing anxiety


I always tell people that learning to tune into the breath is probably the most important thing you can learn in a pregnancy yoga class. Becoming more mindful of your breathing can help you to relax, de-stress and can even help with that pregnancy insomnia and anxiety!  Focused breathing can also help to release tension in the muscles and helps with managing labour. Check out my short videos of breathing practices, suitable for all stages of pregnancy (and beyond!).
