Relax and feel more centred with guided meditations and advice on developing your own mindfulness practice. You'll learn how to integrate mindfulness into family life in a way that makes sense for you.


Feel the joy of moving your body and relieving stress and tension through short yoga videos and sequences, some of which can be done alone, some with little ones.


Using your trusted notebook and pen, you'll discover how 'writing it out' can help with difficult situations and emotions. We'll also use some short  writing exercises to explore thoughts on motherhood, identity and self-care.


Support and share with other mamas. We'll also have a weekly group zoom call to chat and check in over a cup of tea, a glass of wine, whatever tickles your fancy.


One week of the course focuses on a digital detox and a look at how we can make technology work for us in our life, instead of distracting us away from the important stuff!
